The UWM School of Continuing Education
extends the resources of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee to the people, agencies, businesses and governments of our local and global communities through education, partnerships and applied research. With 1200 noncredit, select credit and certificate programs offered, we annually attract over 19,000 participants of all ages who seek high-quality professional development and personal growth opportunities lead by knowledgeable and experienced instructors.
Continuing Education in Milwaukee derives its unique strength from the "Wisconsin Idea" - the conviction that the University has a mission to put the knowledge and innovation it nurtures directly into the hands of the people of the state. We do this through a combination of applied research, teaching, and community service.
