Parking
Parking is available in the UWM Union, 2200 East Kenwood Blvd. The Union Lot is cashier attended, with an average cost of $10.00 per day. Plan to arrive before 8:00 am to avoid long lines into the parking structure. Parking is available on local streets near Enderis Hall. Most parking is metered. Please bring change with you for meters. Campus metered parking lots are open to public use on Saturdays. The charge is $.70 per hour.
Northshore District Accommodations
The following hotels are located in the Northshore district of Milwaukee. Rates are subject to change and vary based upon availability. Rates are as of 11/15/2007. Please specify when making reservations that you are attending a program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) and would like the State of Wisconsin rate. Parking
The School of Continuing Education provides a parking discount for participants in its classes/programs who park in the Grand Avenue structure. Please bring your parking gate ticket to the 7th floor reception desk to have it validated and to receive a $3.00 sticker. The validation means you are entitled to the special UWM rate of $6.00, regardless of day, time of day, or length of stay. The $3.00 sticker can then be applied toward that $6.00 charge resulting in you paying only $3.00.

From the West (Madison)
I-94 East to I-794 East, Exit I-794 at the James Lovell ramp on your left, Turn left on N. James Lovell for one block to W. Michigan St. Turn right onto Michigan St. eastbound. Continue east on Michigan six blocks to N. Plankinton Ave. Turn left onto Plankinton. You will immediately see parking structure entrance on your left, less than one-half block past Michigan St.

From the North (Green Bay)
I-43 South to Fond du Lac/McKinley Ave. exit on your right
Turn slightly left onto W. McKinley Ave. eastbound (two lanes turn left – be in the right lane
Turn right onto 6th St. southbound, Continue south 5 blocks to Wells St .Turn left onto Wells St. eastbound, Continue east to the fourth traffic light ( Plankinton Ave.)
Turn right onto Plankinton southbound, Continue south on Plankinton for 1.5 blocks
Parking structure entrance is on your right, one-half block past Wisconsin Ave.

From the South (Chicago)
I-94/I-43 North through the interchange onto I-43 North. Exit I-43 at Kilbourn Ave. ramp, Continue east on Kilbourn to N. 6th St. Turn right onto N. 6th southbound, Continue one block south on 6th to Wells St.
Turn left onto Wells eastbound, Continue east 5 blocks to Plankinton Ave. Turn right onto Plankinton southbound Continue south on Plankinton for 1.5 blocks. Parking structure entrance is on your right, one-half block past Wisconsin Ave.

Entering the Center from the Parking Structure
Cross over on the attached walkway. Take one of the two elevators just inside down to the 1st floor. Enter the Plankinton Arcade and proceed across the rotunda to the bank of three elevators located in the 161 W. Wisconsin Ave. entrance way. Take an elevator to the 7th floor. The receptionist located on the 7th floor can direct you to the appropriate classroom or office.
