Erika Sander, Ph.D. Associate Professor
Interests and Expertise Dr. Sander's academic interests are in the areas of motor development, measurement and evaluation. Her research, publications and speaking presentations have focused on the validation of computer training programs for adults and faculty/staff development programs in higher education. Most recently, presentations and publications have focused on faculty/staff roles, rewards, development and evaluation strategies. Her teaching areas are motor development and applied statistics. She has recently gained both internal and external grants, primarily focusing on faculty/staff development. She has been an invited speaker/presenter, most recently in the College of Health Sciences, UWM (Learning Technology Center) and teaching improvement forums.
