Office of Diversity

Today there is a demand for health care professionals from underrepresented groups. In the CHS the Office of Diversity & Health Careers Opportunity Program (HCOP) and its formal partners undertake a comprehensive approach to address recruitment and retention of underrepresented and disadvantaged students from the Milwaukee area. The staff and faculty help students enter into pre-health and health professions programs by providing academic advising, personal counseling, tutoring and other services that aid a student's success in college. The Educational Pathway assists students in preparing for health careers from 4th grade through college.
