  Meeting the Mental Health Needs of People of Color in Trauma  
Participants have an extraordinary opportunity to:

gain education and awareness on how poverty impacts various mental health issues.

acquire tools, techniques, interventions and strategies to increase your practical skills to work with individual and families who live in poverty.

network with licensed mental health professionals and other service providers.

a beneficial opportunity for therapists, school social workers, medical professionals, youth care workers, child welfare workers, law enforcement, case managers, and anyone with a need to understand how mental health issues impact people of color and people in poverty.
