  Transitioning to an Executive Role: What It Takes to Take the Lead - NEW!  
What is an "Executive" and what does it take to be successful in a new executive role? This course is designed for those who are currently transitioning to an executive role or are designated to do so in the near future.

In a workshop-style seminar, participants will discuss the key differences between managing individual contributors and leading other leaders when it comes to decision-making, strategy deployment, organizational and team development, and communication. You will explore the capabilities, attitude and behavior necessary to make the transition and the roadblocks that may prevent success. Learners will leave the seminar with a customized action plan for their own executive evolution, complete with detailed activities for transitioning with success.

  • Establish yourself as an executive
  • Recognize key differences between individual contributors, managers, and executives
  • Execute strategy, establish vision, set direction and understand what it means and what it takes
  • Increase your executive leadership capabilities, including communication, talent development and ethical business practices
