  Springboard to Better Problem-Solving and Decision-Making - NEW!  
This workshop integrates techniques from problem-solving, creative and critical thinking, inclusive dialogue and consultative storytelling to help you reach quality solutions to unstructured problems efficiently and collaboratively.
  You will learn to:
  • Probe to define the real problem rather than symptoms
  • Communicate in ways that open possibilities, foster dialogue and promote buy-in
  • Structure and conduct the problem-solving effort to arrive at a quality solution efficiently
  • Create a compelling story argument
  • Use cycles of divergent and convergent thinking to define the problem, generate options and evaluate, select and refine the most promising ideas
