Becky Brath has been involved in training and employee development for more than ten years. Presently, she is employed both by Moraine Park Technical College and Fox Valley Technical College in the Workforce Development department conducting training sessions for area businesses. In addition, she is an instructor in the Leadership Development Program at MPTC. Brath earned B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Concordia University. She is currently a doctoral student in adult education at Capella University in Minneapolis, MN.
