	Pam Boulton
	Director UWM Children's Center Milwaukee, Wisconsin Pam Boulton, EdD, has been the director of the UWM Children's Center for the past 30 years, is adjunct faculty at UWM, and is a former WECA President. Pam participated in the establishment of the Wisconsin Professional Credential for Child Care Administrators, and is a leader in national initiatives to establish credential programs for early childhood administrators. Pam continues to be an active participant and guiding force in the design, development and delivery of child care administration courses, training programs, and professional development opportunities at the local, state, and national levels.
