Don Chatfield is with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. His knowledge of transportation issues and ideas has helped him successfully guide agencies involved in the Wisconsin Employment Transportation Assistance Program to implement transportation services for job seekers and at-risk workers throughout Wisconsin. Chatfield's expertise in transportation issues is a result of his 25-year tenure at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Throughout his time with WisDOT, Chatfield has been involved in the creation of many transit and shared-ride taxi systems in Wisconsin. He also served as the State's Rural Transit Assistance Program Coordinator, administering training and scholarship programs, which provided transportation operators the opportunity to enroll in professional development courses and workshops.
