Patricia Arredondo is a nationally recognized as a consultant in organizational development with a focus on workforce diversity. She has developed assessment methods to identify factors that affect workplace climate and strategies to address change. For the past 20 years, she has consulted with major corporations, non-profits, and universities across the country. Patricia is a licensed psychologist, professor of educational psychology, and the Interim Dean of the School of Continuing Education for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
