Utilities deregulation has increased the demand for Electrical Engineering Professionals versed in power components, structural and electrical design considerations, quality, safety, and other related topics. The Center for Continuing Engineering Education offers programs to assist managerial and technical professionals. Currently, a certificate in power engineering is under development.
