Shari Vinluan, BS, is the Program Manager for the Center for Early Childhood Professional Development & Leadership. Shari manages the daily programming activities for the Credential Program for Child Care Administrators, as well as, course offerings for Leadership Development and Child Care Educators. She is involved with the ongoing development, implementation, evaluation, and marketing of the program. She also provides service to program participants that run the spectrum from initial enrollments to degree pathway opportunities through the School of Education.

Shari has been immersed in the Early Care and Education field since 1991. Her past and current positions have allowed her to gather vast information/resources, tools and experiences that have propelled her on-going passion in this field into the Adult Education arena. Shari has worked as a Child Care Director and a Regional Teacher/Management Trainer for a national child care company. She has also worked as a Quality Improvement Consultant and NAEYC Accreditation Advisor for over a dozen Milwaukee area centers as part of a grant funded initiative in the non-profit sector. Her most recent experiences grew from her position as Business Manager of a multi-site non-profit child care agency.
